How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free and included in each product's displayed price. Currently express shipping is not offered so orders in Japan typically arrive in the next day. International orders typically take less than 1 week.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Consumption tax is added to to purchases made in Japan. Purchases made outside of Japan are exempt from taxation.

Why does the price frequently change?

Our prices are set in Japanese yen. The price in your local currency will change depending on the exchange rate. If prices are set to JPY, then the price will remain constant.

How do you package the orders?

All orders are sent in waterproofed boxes to prevent damage to products.
